Q4. How can I be sure my property is safe and secure?
We ensure safety through strict guest checks, insurance, and safety measures. Your home must have a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and other safety gear as per DTCM rules. We also arrange public liability insurance before renting your property.
Q5. What if something gets damaged during a guest’s stay?
At Crown Vacation, we treat your home like our own. We prevent issues with guest vetting, security deposits, insurance, and detailed check-ins/check-outs.
Q6. What if there’s an electrical, plumbing, or maintenance problem?
We recommend an annual maintenance contract (AMC) with a trusted repair company to avoid unexpected costs. If a guest reports an issue, we fix it quickly. Most problems (90%) are resolved without bothering you. For major issues, we’ll contact you for guidance.
Q7. How do you find guests for my holiday home?
We list your property on top local and global booking sites, corporate platforms, and our own website. We also handle repeat bookings.

Our Landlord’s Portal lets you check bookings, finances, payouts, and more in real time. You’ll also get email alerts for new, canceled, or modified bookings. The portal syncs with major rental sites like Airbnb and Booking.com.
