We require that all properties be furnished as per the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing) standards and be available for at least 90 days per year. To join Crown Vacation as a homeowner, we’ll start with a phone consultation, followed by a home visit and a custom proposal. Once terms are agreed and the contract is signed, we’ll schedule a professional photoshoot and blueprint. Your home will be ready to rent in just a few days!

Earnings depend on your property’s location, quality, and availability. For a personalized estimate, contact our team.

We ensure safety through strict guest checks, insurance, and safety measures. Your home must have a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and other safety gear as per DTCM rules. We also arrange public liability insurance before renting your property.

At Crown Vacation, we treat your home like our own. We prevent issues with guest vetting, security deposits, insurance, and detailed check-ins/check-outs.

We recommend an annual maintenance contract (AMC) with a trusted repair company to avoid unexpected costs. If a guest reports an issue, we fix it quickly. Most problems (90%) are resolved without bothering you. For major issues, we’ll contact you for guidance.

We list your property on top local and global booking sites, corporate platforms, and our own website. We also handle repeat bookings.

As the owner, you must:

  • Furnish the property as per DTCM standards and keep appliances working.
  • Pay service charges on time so guests can access amenities like the pool/gym.
  • Pay utility bills on time to avoid guest inconvenience.
  • Respond to our team for maintenance or other issues.



Our Landlord’s Portal lets you check bookings, finances, payouts, and more in real time. You’ll also get email alerts for new, canceled, or modified bookings. The portal syncs with major rental sites like Airbnb and Booking.com.
