By booking an activity through Crown Vacation, guests agree to the following:
Guests release Crown Vacation Homes Rental LLC (referred to as “us”) from any and all liability related to participating in activities. Guests (referred to as “you”) also release us from claims involving third-party vendors. Guests confirm they are physically able to participate in the activities.
All guests agree to report any medical conditions that might affect them. Guests understand that some activities, like water sports or hiking, have risks. Guests must follow all safety rules, policies, briefings, and laws. If they don’t, the tour may end without a refund. Guests also agree to these conditions:
Following Directions
Guests agree to follow all directions, instructions, safety briefings, laws, and rules. They must also listen to any posted or spoken instructions from us, our vendors, or law enforcement and emergency workers.
Assumption and Release of Risk
Guests understand the risks of the activities and release Crown Vacation from all liability. These activities include swimming, hiking, walking, getting out of vehicles, yachts, car rentals, etc. Guests take full responsibility for injuries to themselves or anyone under 18 in their group. They also release Crown Vacation, third-party vendors, and government agencies from any injury, loss, or damage at their facilities.
Indemnification
Guests agree to fully protect and defend Crown Vacation and its vendors against any claims, damages, judgments, medical costs, or expenses, including lawyer fees and other legal or medical costs.
Fees
Guests agree to pay for any damage to facilities or equipment caused by their group. This includes property or equipment from Crown Vacation or third-party vendors. If guests can’t agree on who is responsible, the card used to book the activity will be charged. If multiple cards were used, the charges will be split evenly.
Applicable Laws
Any legal claims from participating in activities or tours will be handled under United Arab Emirates Law.
Photo Release
Guests agree that if they accept a photo package from Crown Vacation, we can use their photos, videos, or other images for advertising as we see fit.
No Duress
When booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions without pressure. They confirm they had enough time to review the terms before booking. Since the terms are posted online, guests had time to get legal advice if they wanted. Guests also understand that if they refuse to proceed with the activity, they won’t get a refund, as it breaks the Company’s cancellation policy.
Enforceability
If any part of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest will still apply. That part will no longer be part of the agreement. Guests agree that all remaining sections are valid and enforceable.
Dispute Resolution
All parties agree to solve disputes through friendly talks. If that doesn’t work, they agree to follow the Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedure:
Any disputes related to this agreement will go to mediation. If mediation doesn’t resolve the issue, parties can seek another way to solve it.
Conclusion
By booking, guests confirm they have read, understood, and accepted all parts of these terms and conditions. They agree to all posted Company Policies and give up certain legal rights. Guests also understand the risks of the activities and release Crown Vacation from all liability.
